Risson is a brown belt under Robert Lagasca. He started his journey at Gracie Barra Kissimmee, FL, where he received his blue belt from Igor Andrade. After moving to Las Vegas, he joined Team Octopus, where he earned his purple and brown belts from Robert Lagasca. Jiu-Jitsu has been a passion for him and a healthy way to stay active and competitive. He is a husband and father of three, and his wife and children are also involved in Jiu-Jitsu. Professionally, he is a chef, which is where he developed the leadership and mentoring skills that he now applies to teaching and building students in the art of Jiu-Jitsu.
